How does the site work?

1) Advertisers submit offers and promotions. Each advert has two parts: 1) VIP exclusive offers and 2) General offers and information.

2) Members can claim the exclusive offers by printing off a voucher and handing these in to the advertiser. The members name is printed on each page. This name accompanied with the status VIP member must be matched with photo ID.

3) General information and offers can be viewed by anyone. You do not need a printout or ID unless require by the advertiser, eg. nightclubs and bars.

How does being a member benefit me?

How do I find an offer in my area?

• Simply click on the county where you live or are visiting.
• The next page will show you a list of options. For example; if you want to get a great offer on a haircut near you, click on Health and Beauty and a list will appear.

How do I claim the offers?

After you have registered with www.misswise.co.uk You will be sent an e-mail with activation instructions. Simply click on the link and sign-in to begin claiming offers.

• At the advert a standard member can view all general information then claim by simply showing up. (You may wish to make a booking before hand)
• VIP members must printout the voucher on from the advert to claim exclusive offers. When making the claim the voucher must be accompanied by photo ID

Please remember you need your photo ID to claim exclusive VIP offers. The advertiser will know if you are a member by reading your name and status on the printed page. See example voucher.

Do I pay to join?

We are so confident that you will love the site that we are offering It free until October 2006 so you can browse the site and claim the offers. What kinds of membership are available? How do I upgrade?

There are two kinds of membership - standard and VIP. Once you have registered a link will be sent to your e-mail. You simply click the link to activate the account. I have seen an offer I like, do I need to book?

How much is it to advertise?

What's the catch?

www.misswise.co.uk would like to offer free advertising in return for an exclusive offer. See example voucher. This means promoting existing offers plus one more that is exclusive to our VIP members.

You must have a business in England. If you are in Ireland, Scotland or Wales you may wish to keep up to date with these pages as www.misswise.co.uk will be arriving in these areas soon.

How does the site work?

1) After becoming a member, advertisers submit free adverts. Each advert has two parts: 1) VIP exclusive offers and 2) General offers and information.

2) Customers claim the exclusive offers by printing out vouchers and will be handing these in to you or your staff. The name of the customer is printed on each page. This name must be accompanied with the status; VIP member and must be matched with photo ID

3) General offers and information submitted can be viewed by anyone. They do not need a printout or ID unless required by you.

How do I advertise?

To advertise simply:

• Click on the Advertise For Free buttons on the home page, or the advertise icon in the pink panel at the bottom of every page.
• Follow the online instructions to register.
• You will then be sent a confirmation e-mail.
• Click on this link to activate your account.
  You can now access your control page to place adverts and change information as and when it suits you.
  

What are the benefits of advertising?

• A minimum of one page of advertising space.
• Have different pages for different days.
• Upload pictures to enhance your advert.
• Change your advert when it suits you.
• Record the success depending on how many customers visit you with printouts.
• We do the hard work to attract people to your business so you don't have to.

Things to bear in mind:

• You will need to delete old adverts as soon as they expire.
• You will need to make your staff aware that customers will be coming in to claim these offers and you may like to ensure they keep the printouts to record your success rate.
  

What can I advertise?

Existing offers plus one that is exclusive to our VIP members. If the exclusive is seen elsewhere it immediately becomes non-exclusive and either another exclusive must be submitted or the advertiser will be deleted from the site.

Advertisers can submit any thing that fits into our Categories.

How do my staff and I recognise a member against a non-member?

A member is asked to produce a printout in the form of a voucher showing the offer stated on the page. The member's name and status as VIP will be shown on the voucher when claiming. Members have been asked to provide matching photo ID along with the printout when claiming an offer. It is important to brief staff correctly to avoid fraudulent claims. Any advertiser discovered to be excepting fraudulent printouts or customers with no printouts and/or photo ID that doesn't correspond will be removed from the site.

In the event of a member complaint who is accountable?
